    We are not running the Building Conservation Summer School in 2024.

    Previously organised by RICS, this is now a joint Not-For-Profit venture by three of the most experienced Chartered Building Surveyors in the country - Marianne Suhr, Stephen Boniface and Duncan Philips. The course is aimed at early career professionals who would like to get a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of building conservation from a large number of leading experts in one place at one time.

  • Level 6 Diploma – Conservation

    Over a third of all buildings in the UK are of 'traditional' construction. This qualification provides those who work with these buildings to have a comprehensive understanding of the issues relating to their architecture, maintenance and adaptive re-use.

  • Level 6 Diploma - Building Surveying

    This course is perfect for those who want to do surveys of residential, commercial and industrial buildings as well as being able to work in property development, building conservation and heritage or on construction projects.

    You will be taught by established industry experts, most of whom are RICS APC Assessors on the Building Surveying pathway. Your training will include practical experience at a variety of buildings which is essential to becoming a confident and competent RICS Building Surveyor.
