The former coal-fired power station at Battersea is an iconic building, Grade II*, and currently going through a vast development project that will see a mixed-use community. I have been to see the site and works in progress and it is very impressive. Everything is on a grand scale. I was very pleased to see that some of the 1930’s faience remains in place and will be retained in the finished building.
