This is a gem of a house. It dates from C16 and is Grade II Listed. It seemed to have been completely forgotten by time and hasn’t been occupied for about ten years. It has no drains, heating or electrical installation although there is electricity available and the water supply is basic and low pressure. It was seen to be in a robust state and intact and although it does need considerable work to make it habitable as a family home it is actually a well-built structure that has proved it can survive without any maintenance. I really liked it and it deserves to be loved.
